This historic home is on a very unique piece of property with a panoramic view, rear courtyard, two-car garage, two bedrooms plus den, and 1.5 baths.
The owners have a small budget for fix-ups, but the house definitely needs rehabbing, so my husband, Ray, and I decided to fix the home ourselves so we can sell the home quickly and for a higher price. This is a common practice for our real estate team, but this project is far beyond what we have provided for any one client.
